TWO MAJOR REASONS WHY YOU ARE NOT GETTING NHS INTERVIEWS

1. YOUR CV: note that CV preparation is based on rules, so don’t just draft any CV and use it to apply for jobs. Don’t use titles/positions that you are not on your CV. Stop the lies on your CV[Experienced recruiters can study your CV and catch you on this]. Your CV/Supporting Statement should meet the NHS standards.

NB: Your CV is what sells you to the employer, so ensure you make an expert review your CV to identify gaps, mistakes, errors and weaknesses before using it to apply for jobs.

2. YOUR SUPPORTING STATEMENT: avoid using a general or AI generated supporting statement for your NHS application. Make your supporting statement your own by highlighting on your skills, qualifications, work experience, willingness to undertake training/relocate, NHS values, the organisations” values, interests, uniqueness, why applying for that position, what you can offer, etc. [write it on your own and do not copy from the internet but you can use the internet as a guide and write it in your own words]

NB: Check the job description and the person specification and align your supporting statement to meet the requirements.
